This just happened to me, facebook removed my own music video. The worst part is I AM the actual composer and the copyright owner of the music, and I have written permission from the artist who created the art featured in the video. There has been no copyright violation, and they removed it , without as much as asking !

The re appeal ticket did not work either, it gave errors..

This seems to be a power grab by the RIAA. Many of their anti piracy attempts have crashed and burned. The only thing that seems to work well is a cease ans desist order. I think that FB is afraid of getting theirs because they are, in a sense, hosting copyrighted material. So instead of fighting these fascists, they will roll over and play dead. It is my guess that you could have your 3 year old playing a recorder and you would get tagged for copyright infringement.

i have video in a group that i admin, and unable to delete. there is no delete button, yet it shows in ‘photos of ‘. the poster is no longer in the group too.

I posted a video of my daughter’s dance recital and it was removed within 10 minutes for copyright. The dance studio pays for the rights to use the songs.. why can I post a video of a concert and not a dance recital?

I agree 100% this is ridiculous; every video that I have posted which have been the same repeatively they keep deleting. How is it any different than those videos on youtube with your own pics n words and someone elses music in the background. You wanna make your videos fun to watch and just watching with no music is very boring and dull. I am so frigging frustrated right now.
