YouTube Sharing Revised

YouTube revised there sharing to be more focused on sharing off-network (off the YouTube site) verse sharing among YouTube users. The top social networks they have listed are MySpace and Facebook which I assume they took a look at their embed code referrers to see where the majority of users were sharing the videos.

  1. I think the move here looks better and more direct. They know that most of there users are MySpace and that they need to directly support that. CollegeHumor for instance knows that there top traffic is things from Digg and are very smart in conveying that. It’s all about representing your audience, which is a very challenging thing to stay on top of.
